Job Summary for Field Service Technician
We are seeking an enthusiastic Full-time Field Service Technician to provide technical support through servicing, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Water Quality Analysers and related products, ensuring smooth operations for our Service Team.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site servicing and maintenance of Water Quality Analysers and Process Instrumentation to ensure optimal product performance
- Troubleshoot on-site issues with Water Quality Analysers and Process Instrumentation to restore functionality promptly
- Conduct on-site commissioning of Water Quality Analysers and Process Instrumentation to meet operational requirements
- Coordinate with customers to execute service work scopes accurately following the Service Standard Operational Protocol
- Generate detailed service reports documenting all service-related activities for record-keeping and follow-up
- Adhere to legal regulations and customer safety protocols to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and property at all times
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Service Manager to support team operations
- Participate in training programs provided to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Nitec qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering discipline
- Possess a valid Singapore Driving License Class 2B, 2A, 2, 3, or 3A (own transport preferred)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate a positive working attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

We are seeking an enthusiastic Full-time Admin Support to provide administration support for Sales and Service Manager in administrative work like documentation preparation, packing parts etc ensuring smooth operation for administrative work
Responsibilities
• Perform general administrative duties and office support.
• Manage and organize documents, records, and files.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence.
• Update report information and prepare reports for operational use.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and complete tasks on time.
